s80 2.5D d5252t egr

Hi,

I have a year 2000 volvo s80 2.5d (D5252T engine).

I need to replace the egr, but do not have a manual with this engine in.
Does anybody know the location of the egr or have a manual that is in
electronic form that they can send me?

Vadis can give you the info you need. It is readily available on eBay etc. I just looked it up on my copy and I can see all the parts of the exhaust system including the manifold, however there is no mention of any EGR system.

I can see in the diagram of the exhaust manifold that there is a port near cylinder 5 but it doesn't describe its function.
