Car won't start immediately after re-fuelling
I normally do a complete fill when re-fuelling but the car won't start immediately. This has occurred every time I re-fuel. What could be the cause and has anyone else ever had this experience. Someone suggested that I change the gastank cap and that may resolve the issue, hinting that airlock is interfering.

I can tell you that the gas cap has nothing to do with it.
My suspicion is that refuelling fills up the EVAP canister, and your purge valve is leaking fumes into the intake manifold, effectively "flooding" the cylinders with a fuel-rich mixture.
Unplug this hose next time and see if it will start.
