Hi, on a 1993, 240 DL wagon this winter I have a lot of moisture in the car. For example, drive to work on a cold day, park all day and I come out and there is a lot of moisture condensed on the interior of the windows. I try to keep the mats dry, run the defrost all the time and still there is a lot of moisture. I'm wondering if the recirculation is stuck on so it's trapping all the moisture inside the car. Is there a way to trouble shoot this?
thanks e

Welcome to Matthew's Volvo Site.
Unfortunately there is no easy way to diagnose the manual heating system used in the 240. However, one problem that has arisen which can cause excess moisture in the car is a blocked, or partially blocked, heater unit drainage hose. Attached is a Volvo Service Bulletin addressing this.
