Have the codes read at your local auto parts stores for free and report back with the codes.

This site will help you trouble shoot. Looks like starting with the Mass Air Flow sensor is recommended. Research how to clean the MAF on this forum.

thanks zulu-40 very helpful, i was told also sensor on manfld bad, searched with numbers on part no co has that part with those numbers what is it called? one sensor on manfld one on each side. thanks in advance

If you could submit a picture for reference, that would help a lot. I'm not familiar with your model year. It could be one of many different sensors.
