Car clicks but won't start.

Car clicks but won't start.
Hi, when I try to start my car, it clicks but won't start. The accessories and lights will turn on though. Also it will start if I wait with the ignition in the on position for 10 or 15 min. I tried recharging my battery but it came back after half a day. Anybody know why???

Have your battery tested first, then inspect all the wiring from in the starter circuit. if all that is ok, I would replace the electrical part of the ignition switch.
