The only times that my fan runs after I shut the car off is when I have a bad ECT. It can run on but it is very rare that it would if everything else is OK.

Having fan trouble also, changed the thermostat and coolant sensor, Im thinking relay, what is a fuselink in red wire, I found that,wondering what exactly that is purposed for.
