2001 v70 xc obd code p1237 and p0205

ECM-6806 Turbocharger control system flow fault. Flow too low. when ever I stop the idle is not steady. Does anybody or has anybody had this same problem and can give me an idea of how to fix.

I also have 2001 v70 xc. getting p1237. Can some one advise what could be wrong. None of the OBD2 tools are giving any reason.
