I am having this problem with hard shifting from first to second, second to third, and from park to reverse. The problem seems to be worse when the car is warm. I got a full flush by a small import shop when I bought the car and It didn't seem to affect the shifting. Possibly made it shift a little harder. Currently, 9,000 miles later, the level of fluid is correct and is light red with a little brown.
Has anyone experienced similar issues? Any Ideas what could be done to help with the hard shifting?

It didn't seem to affect the shifting but possibly made it harder? Did the flush make it shift harder or did it not and if it did shift harder when did you notice, right after the flush or progressively as you have 9K now with the car.

Yea I would say it made it shift a little harder. Its really not that bad but definitely noticeable. I really appreciate the advice guys and the video. I will check the mounts and see what the look like. Is there a good way to determine if the transmission mount needs to be replaced? Also would it be wise to change out my fluid again?

Check all the other engine mounts and if after changing the mount(s) and the shifting is still problematic I would do a drain and fill first as it only has 9K miles since the flush. Use the Lucas Trans-fluid and it improves or eliminates any remaining issues then the Transmission Fluid should be flushed again as not all Trans-fluids are made the same. The reason for the drain and fill is to test what maybe causing the issue(s). The S70 transmission is so stout it compensates for the various quality of fluids.

The upper and lower are Torque Mounts which minimizes the twisting or rotation of the engine so you should not have to use any support during replacement. The engine mounts are what supports the downward weight/force of the motor. Anyone who has encountered otherwise please help "dghost" with your experience.
Per "rspi" video above it looks like you don't have to support the Transmission Torque Mount. I've only changed the Timing Belt side Mount which requires support and the Top Torque Mount which does not require any support.
