1991 volvo 945 broken ignition key and than lost

Is it possible to start it with no key?
Is shortening ignition relay enough or fuel pump needs to be connected directly separate?

How are you going to get around the shifter and steering locks?

it was pretty hard to convince owner to get replacement key for $33 from dealer, but finally he agreed:-)

This was the lest expensive.
