Ok hopefully this is all starting to add up. The driveshaft seems secure by the rear u joint, but loose at the front u joint. I had heard the whistle coming from beneath the emergency brake(wich is directly above the front u joint) but kinda ignored it stupidly. next thing I knew the crazy rumbling noises started. Could it be the drive shaft/front u joint, or anything related to those parts if the noises go away with slight gas pedal pressure/shifting to neutral? it moves side to side near the front u joint.

It could be the front uj, it certainly needs closer inspection.

yes thanks very much for the troubleshooting. It seems that the front u joint is definitely not holding the drive shaft securely, and forgive me for not being mechanically inclined, but whatever the front u joint connects to seems to have some sort of frayed wire

oops it was dark out last night when i was checking the driveshaft. what I thought was the front u joint was where the driveshaft meets the center bearing. The driveshaft moves up and down by hand in the center bearing and there is some frayed/bundled up wire of some sort in there as well

Only moles work well in the dark.
Looks like you have found your problem which is quite easy to fix. I don't know what the frayed wiring is, unless you have acquired a foreign body.

hmm the rubber is definitely ripped off of half the bearing, and could the wire be the spring thats part of the bearing? its definitely about that size and looks like it was coiled like a spring previously. Rough drive shaft would give less power to the wheels correct? Car didnt seem like it wanted to go up a hill in my neighborhood after stopping at a stop sign.
Glad its an inexpensive part considering going broke after all this christmas present purchasing

When you said it was wire I did wonder if it was the bearing cage. Looks like it.could the wire be the spring thats part of the bearing?
You will have problems with the pulling if the bearing is shedding the cage as it will be binding. Suggest you get this done ASAP to avoid possible damage to the shaft.
