Need new CV Boot - Easy solution? ('97 850 wagon non turbo)

My right front CV boot is worn and needs to be replaced.
Grease is coming out, but not much, yet.
As I have not all the tools and experience to take the whole axel out, I was wondering if there are other methods or ideas

to replace this CV Boot?

Does anybody have experience with split CV boots?
I bought one once for the left side, but could not find the right fit.

I have done both the CV boot replacement and the axle replacement. There is no easy solution except the "quick boot" which is split in half and doesn't require the R&R of the axle, but they are no good. I don't know one that has done what it's suppose to and you'll have to do the job all over again. If you have it done, to take the axle out, take it apart at the joint, clean it and put a boot with grease on it is a 2+ hour job. So, figure the rates you pay an hour, plus the boot kit which is about $100 at the dealer...less on line. You can have the entire axle replaced- a 30 minute job and buy the axle for a bit over $100. I went for the primo axle sold by www.raxles.com (call them and ask for Marty) and the cost to me was about $150. So, figuring the labor it is still cheaper to buy an entire axle (and better insurance) than to replace the boot.

I'm sorry to drag this one...also need to know if it's passenger or drivers' side....we are talkiing about a LHD vehicle (U.S.) right? All of this does make a difference for exact instructions.

It's the passenger side, both if you have instruction for both that would be great.

I'll post for the rest of everyone but problem is I'm on my laptop as I'm out of town...using my cell phone as a connection to the internet, plus all of the links I have saved on my home computer for posting such files as PDF's isn't on this computer. I'll try to figure it out...either that or you'll have to wait until I'm back home Wed. night.

Let me know if it doesn't work or if this is not the right one for your car....believe it is, but there are several variations (though almost identical).
