Thanks! apparently i don't have the SAS pump. hence the code for it. had a vacuum leak on the fuel pressure regulator so that was super helpful.

I am aware of where the, i guess its the purge valve, mounts to i am just curious to if I have the right hoses connected to it.

Cruise control works now! Thanks for that:)

ok. I have fixed everything that I mentioned above. I also know a lot more about this car so hopefully that will help but while boosting at 75% to 100% it stutters and the check engine light flashes. I have checked every vacuum line and intake tube I don't know what I could have missed. It also has a very intermittent miss at a loaded idle (in gear with brake on)

Check for cracks in the Idle Control Valve hoses (IAC). Especially the bottom to the throttle body. Check clamps at the throttle body intercooler hose and IAC. Squeeze the hoses to look for cracks. I know you said you had checked. Be thorough because that sounds exactly what the issue might be.
Also possible is a cracked intercooler.

ok thanks I will check yet again and post my findings. Oh. another question. when I blip the throttle and watch the upper intercooler hose it collapses almost completely.. Could this be why it has no low end hardly?

Yes, that hose needs to be replaced. May be the root of your top end power problem as well.

The collapsing hose can also be a sign of a clogged up or frozen intercooler but that is more of a problem on subzero days in the winter.

Probably smoke test is the best way. You could rig up a way to put positive pressure on it, like 5 psi and see if it holds. Remember there is a drip hole in the bottom though.

Ok I checked everything again.. and again and again... I replaced the intercooler because I have a parts car and replaced the upper intercooler hose. I noticed that if I rev it up real quick high enough to create a little bit of boost, when the BPV opens and then closes, it makes a little thunk noise but seems to close the rest of the way. I have noticed that when I accelerate, if I apply just enough throttle it will boost fine but if I give it some more it has a really fast misfire feeling like running over rumble strips and it stops accelerating almost like hitting a governer.

One other note is that it seems to be getting pretty bad gas mileage.

The other thing is I have a glt computer and a t5 computer. If I have the glt computer in it the check engine light doesn't come on unless I accelerate hard for an extended period of time. With the t5 computer it misfires badly and the check engine light comes on and flashes. I may have to post a video if you guys aren't following completely.
