Does it need to be any type of specific ATF or any will do in the ATF 50 percent Acetone 50 percent mix? I think I have both of those in the shop already.

I posted up the original report below. It looks like the test was done on 1/4" diameter dowel pins press fit into 1/4" diameter holes drilled into low carbon steel. Salt and heat were used to accelerate corrosion. Then the parts were soaked for 12 hours in the various mixtures. A compressometer was used to measure the force needed to move the pin in the hole.
