CN90,

I got .4 Ohm (31 & 87) and almost no voltage between 31 and 31b

Was key in position II during this test?

31 is ground.
31b is controlled by the ECU, and has voltage of 4.3V, when key is in position II.

When you turn the key to position II, 31b is fed with 4.3V by the ECU.
This closes the primary circuit (31 + 31b), activating the secondary circuit, which closes 15 and 87 ---> activating fuel pump.

I suspect the PRO part to be the problem. Bosch is OEM.

That 0.4 Ohm means with 12V applied, the pump should pull about 30 AMPS

Not good, and surprised the fuse doesn't go

Yes the key was in position II. Where can I order the Bosch pump for that price?

Ebay has the Bosch fuel pump for $85 or so. Ask the seller to be sure it is Bosch OEM before buying it.
