2006 XC70 Evap pump replacement

So here is a question on the evap pump. Part finally arrived from US but it is not what I expected from the Vida install drawings. I'm sure it is the correct part, but I was not expecting the 2 hard platic pipes to be attached (which I'm sure will make it a real pain to wrestle into place. Question is where do the 2 oetiker claps attach to which were listed by the dealer as required for the job? As one pipe has a twist/plastic fitment (the white one in the photo), the other end has a rubber sleeve. Are the 2 oetiker clamps for that rubber sleeve for each end of it? I don't want to take everything apart and find I get stuck needing other parts. Appreciate any in-sight from anyone (Jimmy or JRL?).
