Anyone know of any DIY write-ups for the rear trailing arm bushing replacement ?

Haynes covers it pretty well. The only real trick is to mark the location of the bolt so that you can get the alignment back halfway right. Even then, you should go ahead and get a 4 wheel alignment since the bushings are where the rear toe in is set.

When getting a Volvo 4 wheel alignment is it best to go the dealer route or is there nothing super special about doing a Volvo. My Mercedes needs some kind of spreader bar for doing alignments and so far I've only been happy with the dealer's $$$$$ work.
