1998 V70 XC Cylinder Head Compatiblilty?

Which cylinder heads are compatible with my 98 V70 XC?

Heads from these engines will swap right over, with no modifications:

95-98, any high pressure turbo (2.3 liter engine, all T5 models)
97-98, any low pressure turbo (2.4 liter engine, 97 and 98 GLT models)

So any 95-98 turbo, either HPT or LPT, they all use the same head. Non-turbo heads will fit but the don;t have sodium filled exhaust valves and apparently Volvo thought that was important.

A 94 turbo head will work but you may need to get the intake manifold too; easier to stick with 95-98. I also think the 99+ heads will work but not without modifications and I am not familiar with those.

99+ heads bring in variable valve timing (CVVT) which is a big complication.
