2003 S40 Stalling / RPM dropping at idle

My '03 s40 is stalling at idle intermittently. I have cleaned the MAF and the ICV. I have tested the ICV and it appears to operate when I apply voltage. I have also replaced fuel filter last month. I've seen several similar issues here all with different solutions. I am more of a Harley mechanic, but I am pretty good around the shop. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
