The turbo wash not been kicking in...I got a code to change the turbo control valve which I did and it did not make things better. Recently, during acceleration it has been putting out some smoke which does clear up at cruising speed and I had to add oil with no visible leak. It is now throwing a code for a bad boost pressure sensor.
My question is - Could a bad boost pressure sensor be the cause of the oil burning smoke or do I need a new turbo charger.
Thanks in advance.
Larry
PS - I did purchase a DiceVida and the software it came with has been driving me nuts. I am expecting new software.

It sounds like air leaks and oil getting in intake mani. I'd check the PCV system and leaks at turbo shaft.
