PS: If I do the engine swap my transmission is okay to stay or should I switch it out as well?
Bent valves will not prevent you from rolling the motor over by hand. If the belt broke or jumped time while the motor was running, VALVES ARE DAMAGED/BENT/BROKEN.

You can do a compression test to see if valves are bent. You will likely have 0 compression of more than 1 cylinder.

Do a simple compression test as rspi said will save you a bunch of time.

Chances are, the teeth of on the belt was torn and the pistons have hit the valves. Most likely all 20 valves are bent.

In principle a compression test makes sense, but the timing path is not likely clean, OP needs to poke around before knowing if he can just put a belt on and crank it. Whatever threw that belt hasn't been addressed.

The transmission is fine, keep it, but change the front seal on it while it is out.

Okay I'm checking out both videos and I have done an engine swap before to me that sounds like the best option knowing that there could be a possibility for my pistons to be damaged along with the valves and who knows what else could of happened.

Not what i had intended but I now know timing belts are a must when doing a swap never occurred to me that a timing belt could cause all this damage.
