Can the top end limit of 130 mph be changed on the S 60 r?[/i][/b]

I believe it can with a chip or ECU upgrade from the right place. Check with www.ipdusa.com Call them!

Not necessary, just go to your dealer and complain.
It was a mistake, they're supposed to give you the 150 limit for FREE.
If they want to charge you, call Volvo direct. Tell them you will sue for false advertising, has worked for everyone in the past 3 years. They screwed up and WILL give it to you
