You'll need a paper gasket for the turbo return line where it screws into the bottom of the turbo and an "O" ring where it plugs into the block. If that's the only parts you have left over, you're doing well, having not taken it apart.

I also needed one for he coolant line that goes from the head to the turbo and also the thermostat housing. Cereal boxes makes excellent gasket if anyone wants to save a trip to the auto parts store. Been using them for about 15 years now, just whenever a head gasket set fails to include one.

That motor mount will hold off my progress, I guess that auto shop that had my car cut out the bushing because I could not locate a sleeve in which to insert the bolt to attach to the fire wall. all I have is the black arm with a rubber cut out circle. Any tips on getting silicon vacum lines? the brittle one that comes from the intake manifold and goes to the firewall near the SAS valve and maybe someone knows what size it is?
Thanks in Advance.

If you're asking where to buy them, I highly recommend www.stylinmotors.com Not sure of the size...whatever fits is how I did mine.

They seem to be hoses not the small tiny lines that snap like toothpicks. Are we looking at the same items? I need the tiny diameter line that comes from the manifold on a small elbow. Is this the same. These refer to hoses. Please advise
Thanks

When I pulled "elbows" off, I never replaced them...I found that the silicone hoses did just as well...I just skipped the so called elbows.

Here's a diagram from FCP. Is it in here?

Hey MIJ - does this take care of the "mushy" elbows problem talked about on Volvospeed here? I think I may have one suspect hose/elbow myself. I've not noted a performance problem or check engine light yet, just a crack in the rubber outer sleeve at the point of the elbow. I had put it on my list of things to do, but hadn't dug into it yet.

Given that the package that stylinmotors sells is only like $40... I think I might go for that and just replace them as needed (or en mass, if I get a wild hair.) I plan to get the bright blue ones - should be easy to see those suckers now (and tell which ones I've replaced)!
Regards -

Thanks, but it is a black line outside of the foam sleeve that seems to connect on the passenger side of the intake manifold and goes back to the charcoal canister area. Maybe this line was replaced in the past and was never sleeved through the foam sleeve. What size do you think these little lines are?
Thanks Tri
