'99 s/v70 should use Denso o2 sensors.Earlier...'97-'99 s/v70 use Bosch o2 sensors.

Buy these critical parts from the vendors who support this site, not from unknowns on the Internet. OEM only. You will find people will be reluctant to help troubleshoot if you insist on using "Basch exact replacement part from Ulan Bator"

Scanned my 98 2.4 n/a with an ELM327 and OBD Car Doctor app. This is after idling for a while in my driveway (temps up to 3 o'clock). I was clearing a P0410 SAS code.

O211: 0.18 - 0.75v
O212: 0v.
Fuel System Status: 5) Closed loop; using O2 sensor but there is a fault in the feedback system

I'm unsure if the rear O2 is the "fault in the feedback system" it's describing.

I didn't see anything about which fuel management system each had. This is all during the change from Bosch to Denso.
The Denso front sensor is way different than the rear. The front sensor Denso is a air/fuel sensor and the rear is an O2 sensor (same as 850's). The Denso square plug correct position front or rear can be determined by the color of the plugs. Bosch has the same sensor front and rear, different cable lengths for the premade.

They are both Ho2 sensors and serve the same purpose but they are visually different.Slots on Bosch sensor's head are different between front & rear o2,connectors also have different colors....but they are interchangeable.
