'86 740 GLE Wagon Camshaft Seal Replacement

Post by Richard L »

I am getting ready to replace the front camshaft seal on my wagon, as my wife has been complaining that my car is incontinent. The Haynes manual seems to outline the procedure fairly well. Is there anything else I should consider doing while I am in there? Are there any tricks to this that they don't tell you about in the book?

Thanks for your help.

Richard

Haynes seems to have it all covered.
