1999 S80 Oil leak from engine upper mount Bolt

Please view the picture, I change the upper mount last month and did notice that highlighted screw is not tightening and now upon close look up and check up....bolt is intact and in good shape but its not tightening properly....and oil is coming out from this bolt. Any advises.

Maybe the bolt has been over torqued and has stripped the thread on the alum' head?
Oil can get forced up through the thread especially if stripped or damaged.
A thread sealant might stop the leak but the bolt hole may need re tapping and a new bolt?
