Sometimes I go a bit overboard replacing parts. SInce I don't have a 'cool car' to soup up and wax and cruise, I tend go over the top with maintenance and repairs. That being said, I am replacing the e-brake cables and noticed that the rear control arms have play on the outer-most mount (where the e-brake cable is attached). Is this adding to a not-tight feel to my rear suspension? The rubber looks a bit cracked and worn, but I've seen worse. Should I leave it alone or will replacing the rear control arms and rear shocks (I already replaced the right one last summer) give me a much nicer ride). The suspension is ok as is, but the ride COULD be better.
Any advice?
Thanks
