Awesome thanks everyone. I'll post back on Saturday/Sunday and update how it went.

The repairs went well. It was tough getting the bolt off of the strut (the one with the allen wrench), but after a few min of trying and a large pipe I broke it free. The bump stop and cover for the strut were both pretty beat up, I think I'll be redoing the struts next summer once I make more money (college).
The CV Axle Seal went fine, just tapped it in with a hammer and then pried it out. I did notice on the reman CV Axle there was a little gash, see picture, but I don't think it affects the seal since the contact surface is on the surface of the shaft and not that lip. But if it still leaks I'll look into getting a replacement one again.
I'm having a guy at work do the timing belt & those parts this Thursday, so hopefully that will be it with repairs for a little while. Thanks again for everyone who gave advice.
