1998 V70XC Turbo Spooling Noise?

Good Evening MVS,

Need help identifying a noise that I think is associated with my turbo. Whenever I let off the accelerator I hear a noise that sounds like something is winding down. Like a coin that was spun and is slowing down. It has only been noticeable over the last 100 miles or so. Has anyone else has a similar noise when letting off the accelerator?

I'd take the CBV cover off and make sure the diaphragm is not torn.
