Should I get this V50?

Hi all. I've got a 98 V70 as-is, looking to expand. This craigslist ad ( http://grandrapids.craigslist.org/cto/5427982839.html ) is a little vague, but what is listed seems pretty promising. My technical familiarity with Volvos stops in 2001, so as much as I'm hoping someone can help me out with red flags here, what big ticket items should I look out for? Looking to get a newer Volvo with more life left in it that my 98.

Main thing I'm going to ask about is if it has had the software update, read somewhere about nagging electrical issues that persisted until a mid-2010 software update became available. Could be mistaken though.
