I remember re-gluing my magnet when I found it away from the speaker and it worked too...you can try it- use some good strong adhesive! If it doesn't work, then go for another tweeter from a JR- but most likely that one's magnet has fallen off too... LOL

Alright I'll look into pulling a vacuum on it but may just look into getting the parts anyways.
Haven't started PS78 everytime I get a step closer something else needs attention
, now that I need to take the tires off again to have then put the right ones on I can't get it on ramps to start it like I was planning on today.
I'll probably either end up doing the belts whole the front tires are off then, or I'm going to pull out the brake caliper bolts before there's any less of the head left on them and replace them.
The front suspension looks terrible, I'm gonna need struts, ball joints, and sway bar end links as all the rubbers are torn, but those are less dire
I'll have to give that a try then MIJ I didn't realize that it might actually work, I was thinking of doing that tryingbe but its not dried out, it's pretty on the and moist and I'm afraid of pushing it deeper into the evap. I figure if I can get the dirt off of it I'm used to driving without ac in other cars but I need to have my vents actually blowing air, not whispering at me
I'll keep y'all updated

Volvo has a procedure on cleaning the evap from outside...seems there was a good write-up in VADIS but my copy of VADIS is on an old defunct computer now. Others might be able to pull it off for you.

Here's how I cleaned mine up. However, it wasn't nearly as dirty. Spray it down, let it soak 8min., respray and soak, then wet vac it out. Rinse & repeat....multiple times. Since your A/C is Tango Uniform, you can't count on on condensate to rinse it for you.
