If you are going to the Pick n Pull and you have several to choose from check the adjusters before you go to the effort of pulling it out of the donor. The plastic on the adjuster mechanism tends to get brittle with age and heat and they often break when you go to adjust them.

I have to do something about the trim piece underneath. One of the mounting tabs got broken. I'm thinking a small strip of sheet metal and pop rivets.
