TCM Location 2002 V40.

I'm getting a P0600 and P0700. My mechanic told me it's a communication error between the TCM and CEM and they would need $350 to find it. I'ld like to try to find this myself but I'm not sure where the TCM is located.

Any one know where it is?

Under the center console toward the firewall.
Easy to get to after the console is removed.
