clunk sound when braking

Had brakes done recently + discs.
Since then, there seems to be a clunk sound when braking.
The sound only happens immediately on pressing the brake and not after.
Also, if I then let off the brakes and repush the brakes, then there is no sound.
I have to accelerate away hard and then push the brakes to get it to make the sound.
I have pushed and pulled the calipers and it is not them.
ANy ideas what it could be?

I have this knock in parking lots. I believe it's related to sligtly loose sliding pins inside the rubber bushing. Half of the caliper then has a play and knocks somewhere.

I have this as well.
Slide pins on the caliper? Hard for me to imagine that being possible, but who knows.

I thought maybe it was some play in the pads and how they are seated in the caliper. Or maybe play in the disc and rotating against the lug bolts.

Not the slide pin itself, but the caliper part that slides on them, would kick on the fixed part of the caliper. Moving pads also

Did someone forget to reinstall the wire clip on the outside of the caliper? If it's gone, you will get clunking.
