No, there is no gasket- an anaerobic sealer that your roll onto the surface of the mating surfaces is used.

Well I got a chance to look at the o-rings tonight and they seemed fine... I don't know what is considered bad? They are a slight stiff but not to the point where I think they would fail. Non the less I will put new ones in.
So far the only thing that sticks out is no oil pan gasket.
Where is the oil pressure sensor located? I noticed a sensor on front side of the block near the oil pan. Not sure if that is it. I also noticed that you can access the main pulley and get to the oil pump through passenger wheel well.

That's the oil pressure sensor , left side of block , towards front of car ( front of engine points to passenger side to by convention)

Haha got me on technicality there. Yeah I meant front of the car. That should be an easy swap out.
I never installed an oil pressure Guage before so I ask would it be best to put in a T fitting where the oil pressure sensor is, then one end would go to sensor and other end to the Guage or is there a better way to do it?

You can just replace the sensor for testing purposes - of course you will get a low oil light message if you do this

There are three or four gauges I consider to be HUGE troubleshooting and long term monitoring tools... fuel pressure, oil pressure, exhaust temperature, and then boost pressure for turbo engines.
I'll be very interested to see your pictures once you have the pan off. The ones I took of my daughter's '07 S60 2.5T FWD are below, and they were taken at 166K miles. I didn't take any pictures of the pan once it was cleaned, but it looked 100% better, even though I used about 4 cans of Brakleen, some 000 steel wool, and then some 400 grit wet/dry paper on the flanges to prep them for the new Reinzosil sealant (much less expensive than the Volvo sealant, but the EXACT same specifications and is used on BMW's, MB's, and VW's for the same application (and others).

Well new seals, sensor, and 06 sump arrived today. Just waiting on Volvo sealant.
To give you an idea of how bad my luck with vehicles has been lately. I took my dad's truck out to my shop (30 mind away,) to get a part and tools to finish up an alternator install. While I left his truck idling outside, it decided to overheat and blow a hose, it got dark out so I didn't notice the puddle in the gravel and not till I was a minute down the road I noticed the needle on the water temp Guage buried. So instead of finishing getting my car going going I have to spend an hour and half gettng his truck cooled off and getting the hose back on. Thankfully I was just down the road from my shop and had spare water jugs and also a passer-by stopped to give a hand.

Your varnish looks "younger" than mine did... a little less color variation and not quite as dark in places. Perhaps my previous owner(s) were not as concerned with either oil quality or OCI frequency. I also had some crusting inside my PCV drain, all the way down at the bottom, and it was completely plugged at the top of that vertical port in the block, and yours looks fairly free of crustiness (at least at the bottom opening, anyway).

I wouldn't have drop the pan before testing for oil pressure. Oil gets thinner as it warms up, you can have cold pressure of 60psi while only 5psi when hot. The oil pressure sender can also go bad. Testing oil pressure with a mechanic gauge would be a lot less work than dropping the oil pan.
