ARD Orange tune vs. Hilton tuning stage 1

I'm debating between these two tuning options for my 2006 v70 2.5t 105k miles.

The primary reason is the increased gas mileage, and I have also done a lot of the stage zero steps in the past 10K.

I don't have a heavy foot, but I would like the added power when needed.

My concern is that while most people on the forums enjoy their stage 1 modification, what are the downsides? Which parts are under additional stress, and how badly much quicker do they wear out?

Has anyone had experience with both tunes and prefer one over the other?
