How do I check tranny solenoids value, with ohm meter?

Hi All,
I ran through the obd1 1 st 3 testing modes in the auto transmission diagnosis PDFs. Went fine. I don't understand test mode 4. Activating individual components. I pressed 4 times, but don't u stand how to enter in the component test? For example press 4 times, then press 3,4,2 should be number 1 shift solenoid. Nothing happens. Also where do I read my multimeter values for the 3 tranny solenoids?

HI All,
I got the obd1 A test mode 4 to work. Went through each component. Yay, no DTC reported yet. Will try it again, in the morning. Got in the car afterwards and the ABS TRAC warning light was on. Turned car off and back on, no ABS TRAC. Weird to me that those lights came on with the Tranny test mode 4 components test check.
