2004 XC90 Recurring P0111 Code

My 04 XC90 2.9 T6 keeps throwing a P0111 Code, it has happened 3 times in the last month. The last time it happened I nonticed loss of Turbo before the engine light came on and the code reader confirmed it was P0111 again. I cleaned the connections on the Turbo sensor, boost pressure switch and MAF sensor but did not pull the MAF yet to clean . I know this code is rare, I have been doing a lot of work to the engine over the last couple months and wondering if I bumped something or forgot to attach a ground? Should I just purchase new sensors all around as they don't appear to be that expensive?

I replaced the MAF sensor and the Turbo pressure sensor and when I was installing them I discovered the MAF sensor clamp on the air filter assembly side was loose so it's hard to tell if that was the problem or it was one of the sensors I replaced but it's been about 5 days and I have not lost my turbo action yet.
