Negative battery Post Bolt Stripped

Any ideas on how to fix this? I stripped the bolt that attaches the ground next to the battery (Broken bolt is lodged in hole). Currently the car is immobile and on foot! I suspect all the cables will need to be changed. Ive heard the stories about cable problems with these vehicles. Any McGyver ideas are welcome!

It sounds like you just need to route the ground to another bolt but yeah, a pic would be good.

If you can get to the bottom of it you can run a nut/ bolt combo to make a good connection there, otherwise find a new bolt, clean to shiny metal ( remove paint if needed)nd reboot. April 22 U.S. earth Day, coincidentally.
