V70R Brake change vibration

Hi guys. I changed the front discs, pads, pins and pad clips, I broke in the discs by doing several low speed stops and everything felt just like a fresh brake job should. I went for an easy ride on the highway and everything felt normal. The next day, everything seemed fine when driving in the city but when I got on the highway and had to brake at 60 mph, the car felt like it was a washing machine that was out of balance the vibration was that bad.
I turned around and parked the car. The next day, I took it out on the highway again to head for my friend's garage and the car braked as smooth as silk!!!
Thinking that the vibration had something to do with heat, I drove it hard on the highway for about 30 miles, braking from 90 mph to 50 and the brakes felt great. Took the car out again today, everything feels normal in town, but when I got on the highway and needed to brake, the same wicked vibration rattled my teeth. I've never dealt with anything like this in any car before and the old set never gave any vibration. Does anyone have a clue what this could be? I'd seriously appreciate it!

What does vibrate, the seat/floor/brake pedal/steering wheel? Could it be the new pads don't fit 100% and 'catch' on the caliper bracket when the piston is pushing? Did you also replace the caliper slider bushings ?

Thanks oragex. The pedal, seat, floor, and steering wheel all violently shake when it happens. I know enough that if the caliper isn't seated properly against the hub, your going to have a pulsating pedal at all speeds when braking, but this happens intermittently and only on highway speeds. the slider bushings are new and lubed with synthetic grease and the pad retainers are also new. I'm at a complete loss since I've never experienced this before on any other car and it's especially unnerving because I can't see anything that's loose or worn. Why would this start to happen after a simple disc and pad change? I'm at a total loss.

Could it be a bolt that wasn't fully tightened? A caliper mounting bolt ? A control arm bushing or and engine mount could also cause vibrations perhaps not as strong as you are experiencing.

I also remember the drive shaft can touch something on the R, but it's more of a noise issue
