Used Wrong PAG Oil......

Used Wrong PAG Oil......
Hi all, I mistakingly added 3 ounces of PAG 150 (correct for my truck) oil in my '97 which I believe calls for PAG 46. I added oil this time as I have an A/C leak and have to charge it at least once a year. A shop can evacuate the system but I believe there is still majority of oil left in the system. I hear there's a drain bolt on back of compressor? Ideas? Thanks!

I'd not worry too much.
Different PAG oils just have different viscosity.
If you a little search, then PAG 46 (thin), PAG 100 (medium), or PAG 150 (thick) is almost like the oil analogy of let's say 5W30, 10W30, 10W40 and all that jazz.
PS: Most compressors do not have a drain plug simply b/c there is no need for that. You can suction some out using a small tube and syringe etc.
But a bit of PAG 150 in that system is fine.
