Meyle HD Control Arm Bushings, hydraulic?

Are the control arm bushings on these Meyle HD control arms hydraulic? They look like they're oozing.

Getting some noise from my front end after 2K miles after installing these and am thinking it's finally time to just put Lemforders in here and, "set it and forget it."

The noise is a low pitch squeal/squish that occurs when accelerating from stop and when stopping hard. Will inspect a little further before making any conclusions.

No,they are not.
It seems that they were lubricated at some point.Could be during the installation or you have some oil leak onto them.

The noise is a low pitch squeal/squish that occurs when accelerating from stop and when stopping hard.

That sound is not from control arms.

Alright, I'll get the car on jackstands and give everything a look. It's more like a creaaaaak. You don't think that's control arm bushings?

Creaking...yes,but not squealing.
They tend to squeal when rubber dries out.A few squirts of WD-40 will quiet them up.

Misha, I just swapped out my Meyle HDs. I could tell they weren't torqued right when I went to remove them. They came off way too easily. I installed Lemforders. Build quality compared to the Meyle HD is unparalled. But I'm still getting the same noise. Any ideas what this might mean?

Do you think I might have a broken mount somewhere? I have all new mounts in the car: firewall, upper torque (volvo), transmission (volvo), rear (corteco) and front (febi)... even installed new sway end links (lemforder)... You think one of those might have come loose? This sound is driving me up the wall. I did about 2K with that sound (a trip up north) alignment is still good, tires don't show any crazy wear. The Lemforder control arms sound "less" but the same basic sound is there. I'm at a loss for this... Thanks.

Mine tend to squawk, grate and shimmy not squeal/squish. Of course your squeal could me my squawk which makes this very confusing

Strut mounts?
They can creek when they go bad or going bad.
Did you check them?

Btw....Meyle HD(HD means heavy duty) will outlast every oem bushing or mount.
Regular Meyle is average quality,but HD is premium quality.

hahaha, ok, I get it! Let me try again, it's a low-pitched "rubbery" groan... We really need a youtube channel with Volvo sounds to help!

I hadn't even thought of teaching the strut mounts... Oh man. This is two years into a set of Gabriel Readymounts so they might be on the way out. All I have to do is open the hood and look for play in the mount as I bounce the car up and down, right?

I know these are supposed to be stronger than OE. But they look so much less robust. Here they are in comparison to Lemforders.

No....you have to open the hood,grab the strut mount and twist it left and right.
If it twists it's on it's way out.Depends on how much it twists.
A bit of play is normal on healthy strut mounts when you bounce the front end up & down.
