VOLVO DDM Clicking

VOLVO 2001 XC70 sending morse code when i open any of the doors first thing in the morning, anyone know what its saying?.."help i am cold"

Sometimes both mirrors go up but havnt seen that happen lately.

Ive swapped out the Drivers Door Module (DDM) relay and replaced it with a known good one, both relays gave me the same result when i tested them on a multimeter, so i dont think its the actual relay thats the problem more likely an ic or something too technical for me anyway i wont find out if my fix worked until the morning. If it doesnt work i will have to buy a new DDM and drive 3 hours to have it programmed.

REPAIRED it was this little relay that was faulty, tested great this morning. trick to getting the relay de-soldered is cutting the clear laquer/ sealant from the top whick allows it to be prised off.

UPDATE looks like my relay swap is working 99% of the time, i got up at 4am to feed the cat and just tried the passenger door and the DDM started its clicking but only for about 3seconds. I really think this relay is affected by the cold as it was very cold. Ive tried it later in the morning and it works fine. Ive ordered a new relay, hopefully the pc board can handle my soldering and desoldering.

In the meantime my replacement auto dim mirror has arrived so i will hopefully get that working and see if the clicking relay is affecting the mirrors
