2007 S40 2.1i Check Engin Codes Topic is solved

Looking at buying a 2007 S40 2.1i with 115000 miles. Super clean but the check engine light is on, had the codes checked and it came up 2 error codes:
P050B - cold start ignition timing performance
P0012 - intake (A) Camshaft position timing - over retarded (Bank 1)

Can anyone enlighten me on if this is something that is hopefully a tune up issue or something more major. Car runs good other than a slight vibration in the front end as you take off, possible a tire issue.

Any help is very much appreciated.

Ok, follow up on what was found during a preliminary mechanic look. Exhaust timing has slipped and it throws the code after a full throttle pull. Going in for timing repair next week. They said the timing pulley is a press on fit for my year and they are not sure why it has moved. wont know exact reason until it is fully apart. So where we go...

Timing belt tensioner was faulty, had been replaced 6 months ago. Shop warrantied the repair. Good to go now - runs great.
