Well gentleman removed both battery cables, allowed 2 hours for drain. Reconnected and not only got immediate CEL, but also threw a single NEW code, although related to MAF not Sure of the Specifics. Here it is...P0102. THis is the only code out there that came up right away. Should the reconnection of the MAF be done in any special order? Like before or after the batteries are reconnected, or anything ritual in nature to do this correctly?

Also a MAF error code. Clean the connector with some rubbing alcohol and a Q-tip. Pinch the connector close or use a zip tie or something around the connector. If it still comes back again you just need to replace the sensor.

Check out the parts vendors - FCP Groton, Eeuroparts, and Tasca Parts. Tasca usually charges a boatload for shipping, though.

Yeah, don't use an aftermarket one you get from an auto parts store or something. They just don't work; or won't work for very long. I saw one guy that had gone through 4 from Autozone within a few months of each other.
