The VDO website doesn't recognize "360-800". The Volvo part numbers, 3417000 & 3427000-1, can't be cross-referenced by VDO.
If the OEM part's characteristics could be established then a comparable replacement could be ordered, so VDO told me. The only 5-bar VDO sender with M14x1.5 threads they offer is 360-028. Can anyone confirm if this will work? BTW I have a '91. It seems the mounting hole in the block would be metric. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

I may have listed 360-800 in error. Maybe it's 360-900.
