Bruno , pack those counter holds with grease and then stick a large vacuum cap over them so they don’t corrode out. Four years from now you will thank yourself.

Man, am I glad I live in the south. There are plenty of things I don't like, but I sure love the lack of rust!

For years I was trying to chase down a vibration problem with my 98' V70 XC. Looked at everything from tires, cv axles, viscous coupler etc.
A couple of weeks ago I had my indie take out the prop shaft because I thought I might need a new one. When I picked up the car he said that the "torque tube bushing" had disintegrated and it should be replaced. I found the correct one at FCP and had him install it.
Yesterday I picked up the car and it is running super smooth again! So much fun.

Give it the full 12V and it should blow. Or if you really want to make sure -- use a flyback transformer from a microwave -- it will go boom!

You inspired me to replace the door lock bushing!

That's a great idea. Thanks! I'm also glad to hear that it wasn't just my bad luck with the end links. I'll remove rejoice if they last four years.

What's crazy is that the shocks (SenSen) and the control arm (Mevotech) are maybe two months old!

I’m glad to see your strut nuts are on the right way. It’s uncomfortable having to adjust other people’s nuts And watch their strut.

Bruno... bring that T30 up and we can cherry it, then twist it back, then play blacksmith and retemper o it back to a good tool.

We will burn at least $20 of acetylene doing that but it will be totally awesome

If it doesn’t work we will get a free replacement at Lowe’s, take pictures, and boast
