Fast ticking sound: Do I need to do valve adjustment?

1. What oil do you run?
2. How often is it changed?
3. How long have you owned the car?

Extensive oil research on BITOG led me to using Mobil 1 10W-30 HM, which spec's great for a turbo car. Synthetic oil is extremely slippery. The detergents keep the inside clean. Several years ago I used BG109 engine flush (search my past posts) before an oil change. It won't hurt.
