Blinker Indicator Dash Lights Flash Rapidly

For about a year now, my dash indicator lights for the blinkers both flash rapidly. I’m not sure what’s going on because all blinker bulbs are functioning. Both front and rear. Anyone have a suggestion?

Have you got the correct rated bulbs fitted into the car? Did you replace any around the time you started to get this issue?

Also it could be the flasher unit itself failing.

Should also add it could be a bad ground.
