ac not cold/warm on passenger side

so i had a tech check the system and its operating to spec (pressures and refrigerant charge) but its not that cool inside. also passengers side is just outside air not cool at all so i just close those vents. lots of water drips when i park so i think its icing up duebto low airflow over evaporater. new cabin filter. seems like a calibration/blend issue. its an 04 xc70. also fan changes speed when i accelerate/turn sharp. any input appreciated
