This is the best view I could get without taking anything apart. Using my iPhone in video mode with LED illumination, holding my hand in the vicinity of the intercooler-to-throttle tube and starter. You can sort of partially see the metallic sleeve around the lower hose from the breather box to the block, but the starter is blocking most of that view.
It seems like everything is oily, so I'm not sure if this is helpful in pinpointing anything.

I just ordered a borescope, so I should be able to take a look this weekend without tearing things apart.

I did. From what I gather, the hardware on these is okay, but the viewer apps are junk, but if you set everything up in the right order it's supposed to work ok.

Okay. The endoscope wasn’t super helpful. I tried getting photos with both my phone and the endoscope after cleaning things up under the intake manifold. Frankly, the endoscope pictures aren’t worth posting. Anyway, here’s a phone photo from before the cleanup and then one from after cleanup and driving around for a while.
It looks to me like the leak is coming from the top connection between the engine block and the breather box. You can see what looks like fresh oil underneath the hose.
